Grande spettacolo per il debutto del CIV 2012. In Moto3 ha vinto il romagnolo Matteo Ferrari, pilota Honda San Carlo Junior; nella 125 l'ex campione italiano Riccardo Moretti su Mahindra, una moto indiana, In questa classe debutto con 12^ posto per Luca Marini, fratello di Valentino Rossi. Nella 600 stock è stato il Team Italia FMI il grande protagonista della prima gara dell’anno, vinta da Riccardo Russo davanti al compagno di squadra Luca Vitali . In terza posizione, splendida sorpresa del week-end, Yuri Menchetti (Yamaha): il mugellano di Barberino ha sfruttato al meglio il fattore "campo" chiudendo con il primo podio al CIV un fine settimana che l’ha visto sempre protagonista. Quinto in gara è finito Dakota Mamola, figlio di Randy, grande protagonista del mondiale moto nella massima serie negli anni '80. Ale

ssio Corradi nella Stock 1000, Matteo Baiocco nella Superbike , Ilario Dionisi nella Supersport e Alessandro Andreozzi in Moto2 gli altri vincitori di una giornata di sport molto partecipata anche a livello di pubblico.
Un weekend impreziosito anche dalla presenza di Luca Cadalora che ha molto apprezzato le novità strutturali che hanno caratterizzato il circuito del Mugello nell'ultimo biennio.

 

 

What a show in CIV opening! In Moto3 Matteo Ferrari , the San Carlo Honda rider Junior, is the winner. Riccardo Moretti on Mahindra, an Indian motorcycle, wins 125 class and in this class in 12th place debuts  Luca Marini, brother of Valentino Rossi. 600 stock was Team Italy the star of the first race of the year, won by Richard Russo in front of teammate Luca Vitali. In third place, a wonderful surprise of the weekend, Yuri Menchetti (Yamaha): the local hero took full advantage of the factor "field" to the first podium finish with CIV a weekend that saw him always the protagonist. Fifth in the race is Dakota Mamola, son of Randy, great protagonist in the top class in the '80s.
