General Conditions:

F1 Pirelli Gran Premio della Toscana Ferrari 1000 September 11th, 12th and 13th 2020

1) The Promoter of the "Formula 1 Pirelli Gran Premio Della Toscana Ferrari 1000 2020" is Mugello Circuit S.p.A”

2) The ticket holder will be entitled to enter from 8.00 on the day of validity of his ticket and must leave the Circuit starting from 18.00 on the same day. The Organizer may decide to schedule staggered entrances and exits. No admission or re-admission is permitted after the end of each day of the Event. Tickets are valid for one day only, and it will not be possible to stay overnight on the Circuit.

3) The ticket holder can only occupy the assigned seat. Please pay special attention to your grandstand sector, row number and seat number printed on the ticket. Appropriate signs will be placed on site and staff will be present to assist in identifying the seat. The Organizer reserves the right to alter seat allocations without prior notice for valid reasons.

4) Entry to the racetrack is allowed ONLY with your own car or motorcycle. It will not be possible to enter with buses, campers, caravans or vans. Free parking spaces are provided near each grandstand. These will be indicated on the spot by appropriate signage.

5) ENTRANCE and EXIT - holders of Centrale Grandstand (Poltronissima, Centrale Silver, Centrale Bronze) tickets must use the PALAGIO ENTRANCE. Holders of 58 Grandstands tickets must use the ARRABBIATA ENTRANCE. The holders of Materassi Grandstands tickets must use the LUCO ENTRANCE. It will not be possible to use entrances different from the ones mentioned above.

6) A computerized control access system will be operative on all the gates. If you leave the Circuit during the day of validity of the ticket, this will be invalidated and it will not be possible to re-enter for any reason.

7) DISABLED PEOPLE: the Circuit offers a limited number of free seats for people with disabilities. To apply for these places, it will be necessary to follow the procedure published on, filling in and sending the relative forms. Since these seats are available in limited quantities, they will be assigned on the basis of the order of receival of the filled in forms. Only non-walking people with a disability percentage between 75% and 100% can apply.

8) Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the event for reasons of force majeure the tickets will not be refunded. In case of lost, theft, deterioration, damage or destruction of the ticket Mugello Circuit S.p.A. will not, in any case, replace or re-issue the ticket.

9) Tickets to the event are strictly non-transferable and not for resale.

10) No ticket for the Event may be on-sold or offered for resale for any form of fee or reward without the prior written consent of the Promoter and FOWC first being obtained and without complying with these Terms and Conditions in all respects.

11) No ticket for the Event may be used by any person for advertising, promotional or commercial purposes including without limitation, prizes, competitions, contests, sweepstakes or packaged with hospitality or other products without the prior written consent of FOWC and the Promoter first being obtained.

12) The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to (or eject from) the Venue any person (a) not complying with these Terms and Conditions; (b) not in possession of a valid ticket; (c) who is in possession of a ticket which has been sold or used other than in compliance with these Terms and Conditions; or (d) on grounds of health, safety, security or maintaining good public order.

13) You must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual footage or audio-visual footage (Recording), or store, record or transmit any information or other data, including official timing, results, performance, telemetry, weather or race control data (Data) of, at, or in relation to the Event. It is forbidden to take into the Venue any equipment that may enable you to do the aforementioned acts. Personal electronic devices (including still image cameras, mobile telephones and other handheld personal communications devices) are permitted within the Venue unless otherwise advised, provided that any Recording, Data and any image, including photographic images and any still pictures derived or capable of being derived from a Recording (Image) of the Event that is recorded, stored and/or created thereon is used for personal, private and non-commercial purposes only.

14) As a condition of entry to the Venue you agree that (a) the use of any such Recording, Data or Image for any form of public advertisement, display, commercial gain or for any other purpose (except for your private enjoyment) without the prior written consent of FOWC is strictly forbidden and will constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions for which you may be liable; and (b) on request by the Promoter or FOWC, you shall assign to FOWC in writing the copyright and all other intellectual property in any Image or Recording that you create, make, store or record of, at or in relation to the Event; and (c) you consent to the use by FOWC (and by any third party authorized by FOWC from time to time) for the purposes of or in connection with any publication, exhibition or broadcast (including any advertising or promotional literature, campaign or material) in any media worldwide, in perpetuity and on a royalty-free basis, and approved by FOWC of any still or moving picture images taken at the Event where such image includes any image of you, your voice or your likeness and you waive any and all of your personality and privacy rights to the extent necessary to permit such use.

15) You acknowledge that motor racing, the Event and certain activities associated with the Event are dangerous and you agree to attend at your own risk.

16) The Promoter, sanctioning bodies, FIA, FOWC and its affiliates, including Formula One Management Limited, Formula One Licensing B.V., Formula One Asset Management Limited, Formula One Hospitality and Event Services Limited, Formula Motorsport Limited, Formula One Marketing Limited, persons involved in the organisation of the Event (including officials, marshals, rescue and medical staff), the competitors and drivers (such parties to include where relevant all directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and affiliated companies), are not responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused to you or your property to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Event Country (save that nothing in these conditions limits or excludes (a) liability for death or personal injury arising out of the negligence of any of the above mentioned parties, or (b) any damage incurred by way of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by any of the above mentioned parties).

General hygienic and sanitary rules:

17) Upon entering the Circuit, the body temperature will be measured. Anyone with flu symptoms or a temperature equal to or above 37.5 ° C will be placed in an "isolation" area next to the entrance and subjected to a new measurement after some time. If the second measurement also detects a temperature higher than or equal to 37.5 ° C, the ticket holder will not be authorized to enter.

18) The ticket holder cannot move inside the Circuit, but only from his entrance to his grandstand (and vice versa) and within the grandstand area. The use of common services within the grandstand area (toilets and catering points) must in any case be restricted and subject to compliance with safety measures, first of all the distancing and the use of the mask. Once you have occupied your seat in the grandstand, it will not be necessary to wear a mask, as interpersonal distance is guaranteed.

At the entrance of the grandstand there will be dispensers with hydroalcoholic gel for cleaning hands; it is recommended to carefully consult the signage indicating the safety measures to be adopted.

19) It is recommended at all times to comply with the following general rules:

・ Wash your hands often with soap and water or with hydroalcoholic solutions;

・ Do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands;

・ Maintain a distance of at least 1 meter with anyone else and in all occasions; avoid mass gatherings.

・ Avoid sharing bottles or glasses with other people;

・ Cover your nose and mouth if you sneeze or cough; in case of sneezing or coughing, use disposable tissues avoiding contact with secretions.
